Overview

We are looking for an aggressive, take charge service manager to lead a busy, expanding service department of 10+ technicians.  Candidates must have 5+ years vehicle or auto service operations experience with proven leadership and ability to run a shop with a high level of quality output and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

·       5+ years of experience as a Service Manager

·       Ensure profitable operation of service department.

·       Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction

·       Handle customer complaints

·       Motivate department personnel to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency and profitability.

·       Effectively manage both people and processes

·       Be able to interpret reporting and manage department by the numbers

·       Posses sound judgment and decision making ability

·       Support annual goals for service and cost control
