About Us
Motorcycle Industry Jobs (MIJ) was created by Alex Baylon in 2004. Since then, we have been striving to be the “go-to” website for the powersports industry for all things employment. In June 2026, the Motorcycle Industry Council purchased MIJ to build a closer connection to powersports industry companies to help expand the job listings available and connect more candidates to these amazing job opportunities.
We wanted to create a place where opportunities are made and where industry professionals who are passionate about this industry can look for their next career. We aim to help connect employers with employees who are passionate about their work. MIJ was created for enthusiasts by enthusiasts who share the same vision about the remarkable powersports industry we work in.
Meet Jason
Jason is lead on all MIJ related questions and support. He and the rest of the MIJ staff that are behind the scenes are here to help you. Our goal is to create a solid industry network of professionals and enthusiasts who want to be part of this industry. We are grateful to work in the powersports industry, and to help connect talented people with great companies makes our work even more rewarding.
