Salary Range: $100-120K
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and organized Parts & Service Manager to oversee our busy service department and parts operations. We are a high-volume new and pre-owned motorcycle and ATV dealership looking for a hands-on leader who can keep our technicians productive, our parts department organized, and our customers informed and satisfied.
If you have a strong powersports or motorcycle service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced department, we want to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the daily operations of the service and parts departments.
Manage, schedule, and coordinate service technicians and repair work.
Monitor technician productivity, workflow, and turnaround times.
Order OEM and aftermarket parts and manage parts inventory.
Track parts orders, backorders, returns, and special orders.
Communicate repair estimates, diagnostic findings, additional work, and completion updates to customers.
Obtain customer authorization for repairs and additional work.
Ensure repair orders, parts invoices, and service records are accurate and complete.
Coordinate parts availability with technicians to minimize delays.
Handle customer questions, service concerns, and warranty-related matters.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service and parts department.
Help improve department efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a motorcycle, ATV, powersports, or automotive service department preferred.
Experience managing technicians, service writers, or parts operations.
Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, parts ordering, and repair procedures.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using computers, parts catalogs, and dealership management systems.
Ability to work independently while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
A hands-on, dependable, and professional attitude.
