Requirements:

Proven Track Record in Automotive Service Advising/Management, prefer minimum of 2 years

Knowledge to Maintain a Presentable, Productive and Efficient Shop that Produces Quality Work

Ability to Increase Profitability by Maximizing Sales and Expense Monitoring

Skills to Build and Cultivate Customer Relationships

Capability to Work with Customers and Team Members of All Backgrounds

Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Capacity to Multi-task and Work in a Fast Paced Environment

Desire to Promote the Dealership and its Products/Services on a Continuous Basis

Drivers’ License and Clean Driving Record

Motorcycle Endorsement (or can obtain quickly)
