Job Description:
Mountain Motorsports is seeking the industies best A-level Technicians that move fast, are always striving for more, and are relentless on the pursuit of personal and professional success while having a great attitude. No prima donna's wanted! If youre not on your feet and running 100 miles an hour each day and loving it then youre not for us.
Responsibilities:
Effeciently work on multiple units at a time
Quickly diagnose units and document repair reccomendations
Work hand in hand with the service advisors to accurately sell the work to the customers when needed
Look for and document sourced of additional labor or parts opportunities when units are assigned to you
Ability to turn over 200 hours per month minumum while maintaining comebacks of less than 2% of billed hours. Dont worry, we have the work 24/7/365!!!

Meet monthly and annual goals put in place by dealer group.

Maintain superior customer service for all personnel by maintaining positive relationships with customers, employees and dealer principles.
Stay up tp date on all manufacturer training
Treat all employees and customers fairly, courteously and with dignity
Be honest in all business dealings
Demonstrate an interest in growing the overall store
Qualifications:
Minimum of atleast 12 months as an A level technician with strong diagnostic skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced enviornment without becoming overwhelmed.
Remain effecient, clean, and organized in your day to day activities
Communicate well with employees, other managers, and owners.
Basic computer knowledge including and lightspeed is a plus
Salary and Benefit Information:
This is a Flat Rate position with the opportunity to earn 90k plus per year in a fun enviornment. We have several techs who do! Our company offers paid schooling, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, plus Short and Longterm Disability insurance.
