AEO Powersports is looking for a motivated and skilled B-Level Service Technician to join our team in Murrieta, California—right in the heart of Southern California’s dirt bike and off-road scene.

Position Overview

As a B-Level Technician, you’ll handle a wide range of maintenance, repairs, and intermediate diagnostics across dirt bikes and off-road vehicles. You’ll play a key role in keeping riders on the track and trail—while continuing to build your technical skillset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on motorcycles and off-road units
  • Assist with diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Complete engine, chassis, and component repairs within skill level
  • Support A-Level Technicians on more advanced jobs
  • Follow service processes and ensure accurate repair documentation
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts to keep workflow moving

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a powersports or motorcycle technician (B-Level or equivalent)
  • Strong foundation in maintenance and mechanical repair
  • Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Passion for dirt bikes, off-road riding, and the powersports lifestyle
