Customer Service/Tech Support

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service / Inside Sales Rep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service. Your primary focus will be providing customers with all the information they are looking for and selling our premium motorcycle levers to individual riders, dealerships, and distributors. If you have a passion for motorcycles, motocross, a knack for working with people, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist all customers with order status to ensure customer satisfaction
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and online chats to understand their needs and recommend the best products
  Technical Support
• Manage our Lifetime Warranty program.
• Develop and maintain relationships with race teams, motorcycle shops, dealerships, and distributors.
• Provide detailed product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to stay updated on website, product features, promotions, and industry trends.
• Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience
• Maintain the Rider Support Program
• Attend Local race and marketing events
• Work with the biggest and best race teams in Supercross and Motocross

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of customer service and inside sales and or retail sales experience
• Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of motorcycle parts is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
