Mountain Motorsports of Kodak, TN is an eleven line powersports dealership looking for an experienced Service Technician with 10-15 years of experience in a multi-line dealership.
Summary Description
-Repair, Maintain, Customize, both customer and dealer-owned Motorcycle, Side x Side’s, ATV’s and PWC’s as close to the allotted time schedule as possible with excellent quality.

Service Department Operations:
-Must be able to keep and maintain a clean and safe work area.
-Provide high quality, accurate and dependable service to internal & external customers.
-Obtain/Maintain manufacturer required technical service training as assigned by the Service Manager.
-Perform service and repair work as defined in manufacturer guidelines.
-Perform service and repair work within the allotted amount of time as defined by manufacturer and or dealership.
-Notify Service Manager / Service Advisor of additional work needed in and accurate and timely fashion.
-Assist Service Writer, when required, with writing up repair orders, customer communication, test rides or any other issues which will help with exceeding customer expectations.
Customer Service:
-Handle come-backs in a timely and professional manner.
-Maintain cleanliness of customers units throughout work.
Requirements:
-Class M endorsement on License
-Clean driving record
-Must own all tools necessary for work to be completed (not including special tools provided by manufacturer)
