Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

SoSo Cycles is seeking a skilled and motivated BMW Motorcycle Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service and repair work while maintaining the performance, safety, and reliability standards expected of BMW Motorrad. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about motorcycles and the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on BMW motorcycles to manufacturer standards
  • Accurately complete Repair Orders (ROs) with detailed documentation of work performed
  • Conduct thorough inspections and identify additional service needs
  • Maintain productivity and efficiency in line with shop goals and flat-rate standards
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, correctly, and on time
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair status and timelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all BMW Motorrad processes, training requirements, and certifications
  • Assist in keeping shop equipment and tools in proper working condition

Qualifications

  • Previous motorcycle technician experience required (BMW experience preferred)
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with dealership service operations and DMS systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement preferred
  • BMW Motorrad certifications (or willingness to obtain)
