Overview
Kevin Powell Motorsports is looking for an experienced Service Manager that can lead our service department to achieve new levels of success. We are a multi-line Powersports Dealership supporting the North Carolina outdoor lifestyle! ATV, UTV, OnRoad, Touring, Adventure, and Off-road Motorcycles make us a complete Powersports Dealership with Year-Round Demand. In 2015 we delivered over 800 units at this location and we are forecasting double digit volume growth in 2016. The ideal candidate for this opportunity must be able to demonstrate solid technical knowledge as well as excellent customer service skills, and the ability to uphold the highest standards of quality workmanship.
Our Service Manager will be responsible for:
- Delegating responsibilities among service department personnel
- Monitoring manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
- Processing warranty claims
- Vehicle scheduling and parts inventory management
- Providing the highest level of customer service by addressing problems and customer needs
- Billing and invoicing
The ideal candidate will possess the following skillset:
- Service Advisor or Management experience required
- Lightspeed and multi-line Dealer Communication Systems experience
- Excellent Customer Relation skills
- Customer facing check-in and upsell
Compensation is primarily salary with bonus incentives and a relocation package is available.
