We are on the hunt for a results-driven, experienced Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure every Harley that leaves our shop is ready for the open road. 🌊

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of technicians and service advisors.
• Maximize shop efficiency and profitability.
• Deliver an exceptional, “customer-first” service experience.
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and parts inventory.

What we need from you:

• 3+ years of management experience (dealership, powersports, or auto repair preferred).
• Strong understanding of technician workflow and profitability metrics.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• A passion for the ride (motorcycle endorsement is a plus!).
