Job Summary

Panama City Beach Harley Davidson is seeking Motorcycle Sales Associates. No experience necessary to join our team. We are seeking motorcycle enthusiasts who are honest, motivated, outgoing self starters for a position in our sales department. Candidates must be willing to provide the highest level of Guest Service in helping others become part of the world’s greatest motorcycle brand . We provide the training you need to succeed in an exciting and lucrative career.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Adhere to structured Dealership Sales Process
  • Thorough follow up for all sales prospects
  • Manage guest transactions and ensure a positive purchasing experience
  • Welcome our guests to the dealership
  • Ensure that the motorcycle is the right “fit” for the guest
  • Conduct demo rides
  • Schedule appointments
  • Be proactive with potential guests/ leads and follow through on confirmed dealership appointments

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong communication and personal skills
  • Solid phone and computer skills
  • Excellent follow up skills motorcycle or power sports experience preferred.
  • Strong work ethics
  • Motorcycle license required
  • Have a passion and interest in motorcycles

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $40,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
