As the Parts & Service Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts and service departments, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of service technicians, parts specialists, and support staff while maintaining a strong focus on sales, workflow management, and quality control. Compensation & Benefits

The Parts & Service Director position is a full-time position with on-target earnings of 45,760-80k per year. Commission and incentive opportunities are available, and compensation is paid biweekly. Responsibilities

Lead, train, and manage the Parts & Service team to achieve sales and performance goals.
Oversee the daily operations of both departments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Develop and implement strategies to increase parts and service sales.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and Harley-Davidson representatives.
Monitor department financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
Ensure proper inventory management, ordering, and stocking of genuine Harley-Davidson parts.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and timely repairs.
Implement and uphold safety and compliance standards in the service department.
Stay up to date with the latest Harley-Davidson products, technology, and service techniques.
Schedule service appointments and manage workflow in the service department.
Provide accurate estimates for repairs, maintenance, and accessory installations.
Communicate with technicians to ensure the timely completion of service jobs.
Keep customers informed of repair progress and any additional service recommendations.
Upselling service packages, accessories, and maintenance plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
Process payments, invoices, and warranty claims efficiently.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and safety procedures.
Deliver a high level of customer service to promote repeat business and referrals.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in automotive or motorcycle service and parts management.
Harley-Davidson dealership experience strongly preferred.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and Harley-Davidson parts and accessories.
Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), Talon DMS preferred.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong business acumen with an understanding of financial statements and KPIs.
