The ideal candidate will have:
- a good understanding of the Service Module within the TalonES system
- a good understanding of Warranty
- a good understanding of pre-paid maintenance, ESP and insurance claims
- excellent leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- excellent customer service skills
- a good understanding of the mechanics of H-D motorcycles
- motorcycle endorsement
- a passion for motorcycles
