What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in motorcycle, watercraft, or SxS service management with a proven track record of leading a large team to success.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a can-do spirit. Lightspeed Evo experience is a plus but not required.
Qualifications: Preferably hold a valid motorcycle driver’s license and possess a strong background in the motorsports industry.
Technical Proficiency: Expert skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a solid understanding of business, mathematics, and marketing.
Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strategic thinking and tactical execution.
Job Details
Position: Full-time, salaried role with additional commission opportunities.
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm, with Sundays and Mondays off – perfect for riding!
