This candidate will oversee the day to day operations of a state of the art service department providing prompt, dependable, high quality service to internal and external customers. The best candidate will ensure maximum productivity levels of service technicians, review work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness. Occasionally assist technicians when difficulties arise. Establish procedures to initiate and forward all customers paid, warranty and internal repair orders. Must maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction. Will work closely, effectively and respectfully with the Parts Department on a daily basis. Prefer that the qualified candidate have at least 5 years of experience in motorcycle service departments, but will consider all candidates with a work history of proven abilities in this field. Must be willing to relocate if out of the area. Re-location package available.
