Service Manager – Westfield Powersports

 

Westfield Powersports is currently seeking qualified applicants capable of leading our service team with inspiration, ethics, attitude, and a desire to exceed customer expectations.  This position will require a proven track record of leadership, strong verbal and written communication skills, high technical aptitude, and an extensive knowledge of service department operations.

 

Applicant Requirements

–          2+ years managing people & processes.

–          Proven personal or professional leadership experience.

–          High level mechanical aptitude.

–          Computer proficient in Windows based operating systems,

–          Valid drivers license, with motorcycle endorsement, and clean record.

–          Strong written and verbal communication skills.

–          Extremely detail oriented.

–          Able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

 

 

Job Description

–          Design and implement processes that curate exceptional customer experiences.

–          Provide exceptional internal and external follow up, and follow through.

–          Ensure warranty and recall claims are properly filed, and paid.

–          Keep department technical training and certifications up to date.

–          Maintain service schedule

–          Work with the management team to ensure adequate staff, incentives, objectives, and budget.

 

Compensation

–          Base Salary + Commission

–          5 day work week. Closed Sunday & Monday.
