Salary Range: $25.00-$45.00 per hour depending on experience and production

Weller Recreation is looking for a full-time Powersport Service Technician to join our team! Do you have experience working on Snowmobiles, Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, Personal Watercraft?  We are a premier multi-line powersports dealership located in Kamas, Utah. We are looking for a Powersports Technician with experience working on a variety of powersports products (BRP, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Polaris, and Yamaha) to join our team! Powersports Technician/ Mechanic RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
-Communicate with Parts department to obtain any necessary parts.
-Write and communicate repair information to the service advisor without error.
-Have a firm grasp of electrical system diagnostics, engine and transmission tear down and reassembly, knowledge of fuel systems, and other repairs related to snowmobiles, on and off-road motorcycles, ATV’s and Side by Sides, gas and electric vehicles including personal watercraft.
-Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure proper functioning.
-Complete online and classroom technician and general powersport vehicle training.

Powersports Technician/ Mechanic REQUIREMENTS:
-Self-Motivated
-2+ years of industry experience and/or training
-OEM Certifications and schooling (Preferred)
-Good listener
-Good communication skills
-Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles and their systems, including engines, transmissions, fuel systems, and electrical components.
-Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment, including computerized diagnostic software.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (motorcycle endorsement preferred).
-Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
-Must have references, reliable transportation and own tools.

Day Range: Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm
