Motorcycles Of Charlotte is looking to add to its service team, we are needing 1-2 new technicians. All level technicians will be considered.
Technicians: Are you BMW certified? Are you Ducati certified? We are looking for technicians who are familiar with the brands we service (www.bmw-ducati.com for a complete list) as well as basic service on all brands. Must be self-motivated, understand how to work on flat rate, and must be willing to work together as a team. You should be able to communicate well with Service Advisors and Managers. We are wanting a technician who takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction. Willing to go the extra mile.
You must want to further your industry education by attending certification classes/updates. Motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record are needed. Pay level determined by experience.
