We are recruiting New Harley-Davidson Technicians to join our team.
If you are a new graduate from MMI or an accredited Harley-Davidson School
and want to get started with a Harley-Davidson dealership as a Porter/Driver, to finish your time in dealership qualifications? Our Technician Program has opportunities for you as a Porter or Driver, to work toward your time in dealership qualifications, building on what you have learned, until your Technician certification is complete.

Training is as important to us as it is to you and our Technician Program gives you continued on-site HDU training, dealership experience and gives Technicians one off site PHD training per year, all expenses paid.
Technicians receive on-site support from a dedicated dispatcher, dedicated parts to service liaison, service technician assistants and state of the art service facilities. This allows our teams of technicians to be some of the highest producing teams in the country.
Our dealership group has four Harley-Davidson-Dealerships and will acquire more in the near future. This growth creates opportunities throughout the USA and many of the promotions are given to our top performers.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

  • MMI or equivalent Harley-Davidson Certifications. Required.
  • Some Harley-Davidson dealership experience. Preferred.
  • Dependable, organized and self-motivated. Required.
  • Working toward your own tools that are required to perform Technician when you have reached all requirements. Required.
  • Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement. Required.
