Overview

Team-Powersports Garner, the Triangle's Powersports leader, is in search of a Super Service Manager!! Team-Powersports Garner has one of the largest Powersport service departments in the state; factory authorized to sell and service Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Honda, Yamaha and Polaris. Our service department handles over 700 Repair Orders per month! We need someone that will put customers first and ensure that we maintain our lofty Customer Satisfaction Index score!! It doesn't hurt if you happen to love motorcycles, ATV's, scooters, and PWC's as well!! So if you are organized and can handle a fast paced environment you may be just the person we are looking for!!

ESSENTIALS
• Ensure smooth and profitable operation of Service department.
• Ensure adequate number of trained technicians are on duty during hours of operation.
• Provide and / or arrange training, direction and scheduling for all department staff.
• Assume full responsibility for the proper use, security, care and maintenance of all dealership service equipment.
• Ensure that all customers are greeted, assisted and provided the opportunity to receive the maximum and most complete work performed on their equipment.
• Direct, assist, and motivate department personnel to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Cashier completed repair orders, including warranty, and forward to accounting for collection.
• Adhere to agreed upon payroll budget.
• Abide and enforce all dealership policies pertaining to the department..
• Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership as a whole.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all department heads.
NON-ESSENTIALS
• Mechanically competent.
• Familiarity of product lines sold in dealership.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong management skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous motorcycle or automobile service experience preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Detail oriented person preferred.
• Computer literate, Light speed NXT, and excel experience preferred
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred

Salary (based on experience) plus bonus structure, 401k, health, and paid vacation
available
