We’re looking for a motivated, high-energy Customer Service & Inside Sales Support Rep to join our team. This is a hands-on role that blends customer communication with sales support, product knowledge, and order execution. If you’re passionate about motorcycles, enjoy helping people, and want a stepping stone into a bigger career in the powersports industry — this is the opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Customer Support & Communication

• Answer inbound customer calls and emails
• Provide order status updates, tracking, and general inquiries
• Help customers navigate product choices and place orders

Technical Support & Warranty Assistance

• Assist riders and dealers with tech questions on ARC products
• Guide warranty/repair conversations and help facilitate resolutions
• Communicate clearly with customers ranging from new riders to pro-level mechanics

Sales & Dealer Support

• Assist with dealer orders, follow-ups, and account support
• Recommend products based on rider needs and bike fitment
• Help maintain a clean CRM/order management workflow

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams
• Provide customer feedback that supports product innovation
• Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience
• Attend industry trade shows & race events

Who We’re Looking For

• Passionate about motorcycles, motocross, or powersports
• Friendly, upbeat communication and customer-first attitude
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
• Experience in customer service, retail, e-commerce, or dealerships is a plus
• Mechanical/technical confidence or willingness to learn about ARC products
• Comfortable on the phone, email, and basic computer systems
