Our suspension department is equipped with industry-leading technology, including a CTW LA-48 Suspension Dyno, dedicated assembly areas, precision measuring equipment, specialty tooling, and factory-level resources. Every suspension system we build is engineered for one purpose: delivering uncompromising performance.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior-Level Suspension Technician who takes pride in precision craftsmanship, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and wants to be part of a team that is raising the standard for suspension performance.

What You’ll Do

As an Senior-Level Suspension Technician, you’ll be responsible for building, servicing, and tuning premium suspension systems while ensuring every customer receives the highest level of workmanship and service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complete fork and shock disassembly, inspection, cleaning, measurement, assembly, and testing
  • Install performance upgrades, internal modifications, and custom setting packages
  • Verify completed assemblies using our in-house CTW LA-48 Suspension Dyno
  • Remove and install suspension components on customer motorcycles
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the service process
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Manager and fellow technicians regarding repair status, parts requirements, and scheduling
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  • Occasionally assist with manufacturer events, race support, demo rides, suspension testing, and technical customer support

Technical Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and craftsmanship to the bench.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Senior-Level motorcycle suspension technician
  • Strong understanding of motorcycle suspension dynamics and tuning principles
  • Experience servicing WP suspension systems or other premium suspension brands
  • Ability to accurately diagnose mechanical and performance-related suspension concerns
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments and specialty service equipment
  • Proficiency operating manual lathes and milling machines
  • Exceptional mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Personal professional-grade tool collection preferred
