We are a fast-growing powersports company looking for a Parts and Technical Specialist to support our growing dealer network and customers by providing accurate parts assistance, technical support,  product knowledge, and exceptional service. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who understands powersports products and enjoys being a trusted resource for customers, dealers, and internal teams.

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of powersports products, including ATVs, dirt bikes, UTVS, motorcycles, or similar vehicles.
Experience identifying parts and understanding basic mechanical systems.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally to customers and dealers.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems for order processing and documentation.
Job Responsibility:
Parts & Customer Support
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, dealers, and service technicians regarding parts identification, availability, compatibility, and product questions.
Provide knowledgeable phone and email support to help customers and dealers find the right solutions.
Assist with warranty-related parts requests and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Order Processing & Inventory Support
Process customer parts orders accurately and efficiently.
Identify replacement parts using product knowledge, parts diagrams, manuals, and internal resources.
Assist with receiving, organizing, stocking, picking, packaging, and shipping parts as needed.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support efficient parts operations.

Product Documentation & Quality Support
Maintain and organize product documentation, including owner’s manuals, service manuals, assembly guides, and parts information.
Track recurring product issues and provide detailed feedback to management for quality improvement.
Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, parts requests, warranty activities, and operational updates.

Experience:
Previous experience working in a powersports dealership, parts department, service department, or related industry is a big PLUS.
Experience with parts catalogs, warranty processing, or customer technical support.
A genuine passion for powersports and hands-on experience working with these products.
