SERVICE MANAGER
Show Low Motorsports has an immediate opening for an experienced manager who is a problem solver. Located in the beautiful white mountains just a couple hours NE of the Phoenix Metro area, we are a state of the art facility selling and servicing new and used ATVs, UTVs, Motorcycles & more. Show Low is a tourist destination with our many trails, lakes, camping areas, big game hunting, fishing, ski resort and more.
The Service Manager will be responsible for achieving maximum profitability of the service department while focusing on customer retention. To achieve this, he or she must effectively lead and manage personnel and possess an in-depth understanding of how the service department affects the other departments’ numbers and processes. You must be able to effectively communicate and deal with customers, suppliers, co-workers, and related business partners.
Skills Desired:
- Knowledge of Service Best Practices (Service Appointment Process, CSI Follow Up, Shop Productivity, Efficiency, Service Upsell, Hours per R/O, Parts per R/O, Multi Point Inspection Process, Parts to Service Process, etc.)
- Manage profitability of department by maximizing productivity levels of service technicians, writers and porters. Ability to manage multiple Technicians and support staff.
- Submit and monitor billing, warranty and internal repair orders
- Ensure employees keep a clean, efficient, and orderly department
- Have a strong focus and determination for superior CSI scores.
- Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner always
- Handle customer complaints reasonably, and instill trust and confidence in all customers.
- Grow the volume of service work and have a commitment to supporting all dealership departments.
- Lightspeed experience preferred
