Mountain Motorsports set-up technicians should always be eager to exceed the expectations of management, customers and support staff. One should always be able to properly follow guidelines set forth by all manufacturers and management. You should be able to maintain a healthy working relationship with all fellow team members. Cleanliness, Accuracy and Safety should be top concerns of your department.

Skills Required:
-Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
-Properly receive all major unit inventory shipped by manufacturers.
-Organize and maintain all current on-hand inventory located at dealership.
-Have complete build manuals printed or on computer for units that require assembly.
-Provide tools required for assembly of each individual model at the dealership.
-Have the ability to locate and assemble models as needed by salespeople & management for sale to retail customer, floor replenishment or dealer transfer.
-Each new unit assembled must be detailed the day of customer taking delivery.
-Each pre-owned vehicle must be detailed when received from service department.
-Work with others in your department in a professional, respectable and polite manner.
-Know how to report damage of units due to shipping or assembly to management.
-Preparation of all required paperwork as determined by manufacturer and management.
-Be able to label all keys and owner manuals
-Possess a clean driving record needed for occasional transportation of units and test rides.
-Have thorough knowledge of all vehicles sold so in the event of dealership needing help with PDI to customer, a proper delivery can be done.
