Overview
Must be able to accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on most Powersports products.
Service, repair, and customize most types of Powersports products. Work in accordance to factory specifications.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to safety while producing quality workmanship.
Provide clear written records of all repairs performed.
Must own a complete set of tools.
Have the ability to work in a clean professional manner.
Have the ability to follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and while out performing test rides.
Ability to train, mentor, and transfer skills to less experienced technicians.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.
Minimize comebacks and deal with them promptly and satisfactorily when they do occur.
At least two years of technical experience preferred.
Yamaha certification.
Dynamometer experience.
Have the ability to diagnose and program aftermarket fuel management systems.
Have basic computer skills.
Racing pit crew experience is a plus but not required.
Should have a positive, friendly attitude.
Bilingual is a plus.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Have the ability to push a 700-pound motorcycle and be able to life 100 pounds.
Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
Must possess a valid driver license with motorcycle endorsement.
Must have a full set of tools.
