Salary Range: $50K-100K based on experience

Bob’s Motorcycles is seeking a Motorcycle Technician to join our service team in Jessup, MD. This is an opportunity to work in a professional, motorcycle-focused environment where teamwork, technical growth, and work-life balance are valued.

Whether your experience comes from BMW, Ducati, Honda, Triumph, or other motorcycle or powersports brands, we encourage qualified technicians to apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair motorcycles
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services
  • Inspect motorcycles and identify mechanical issues
  • Test ride motorcycles when necessary for diagnosis and quality control
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures
  • Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

  • Previous experience repairing motorcycles, powersports vehicles, or automobiles
  • Technical training, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Valid motorcycle driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to qualify for a Maryland Inspector License
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical information and repair procedures
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform physical repair work
  • Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with BMW, Ducati, Honda, Triumph, or other motorcycle brands
  • Powersports or dealership service experience
