Overview
Kent Powersports is a multi-line dealer looking to fill a few holes in our service departments. We are looking for both experienced and entry level applicants for multiple positions including Service Manager, Service Tech, Service advisor, Service porter and more.
All service applicants need to be self motivated, friendly, reliable, poses the ability to learn quickly, and have a positive attitude.
Service management applicants need to have a minimum 2 years of motorcycle service department experience, be highly motivated, reliable, and ALL ACTION with NO EXCUSES.
Service advisors will be required to load and unload customer vehicles, schedule service, generate repair orders, take accurate notes detailing customer concern and expectations, and any other task given by management.
Service techs will be required to accurately and efficiently diagnose customer and dealership units, perform routine maintenance in accordance with manufacture recommendations, minimize comebacks, maintain clean, safe and efficient work space, supply own tools (some testing, diag, and specialty tools will be supplied by dealer). Service techs must have a motorcycle endorsement and be insurable through our insurance company.
