Service Manager 
When it comes to Service, a Factory-Authorized Harley-Davidson® dealership knows your motorcycle best.​

Duties

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking
  • Interact with customers both in-store and on the phone
  • Follow a structured process for warranty processing
  • Have working knowledge of metric motorcycles and Powersports
  • Be able to effectively manage open repair orders and follow through completion
  • Proactively  follow up with current and previous customers
  • Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints

Requirements

  • Motorcycle industry experience 3-4 years
  • Management experience preferred, but not a deal breaker
  • Eye of the tiger, self-motivated, with exceptional organizational skills
  • We need rock stars, all stars and top tier candidates who are driven to be #1
  • Looking for candidates who are extroverted, uninhibited, unreserved and demonstrative
  • Motorcycle endorsement a plus
  • Possess sound judgment and decision making ability
