Qualifications:
• Ability to effectively manage a team.
• Well organized and computer literate.
• Strong references from previous employers.
• Passion to succeed!
• Automotive or Powersports Service Department experience is preferred.
• Management experience is also preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth operations of the service department.
• Work with multiple manufacturers in the powersports industry.
• Ensure the department consistently provides outstanding service to our customers and quickly addresses customer issues and concerns.
• Hire, manage, assist, and coach department personnel for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure personnel training is completed.
