Service Manager
BMW Motorcycles of Cleveland is Ohio's largest dealer of BMW motorcycles and has a reputation built on quality work. We are hiring a like-minded individual for service manager. We are located in a southeastern suburb of Cleveland, Ohio just outside of Solon, Ohio.
BMW Motorcycles of Cleveland is seeking a qualified, self-motivated individual who communicates well, and values customer satisfaction to join and help build our service department. Our continued growth has created an opportunity for self-motivated individuals who communicate well, value customer satisfaction, and seek opportunities for advancement. We offer Base Pay plus Commission with the potential to earn additional performance bonuses.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
*Manage All Aspects of the Service Department including staffing, warranty administration, cost control, and profitability
*Promote BMW Motorcycles of Cleveland as Ohio's Premier Service Department
* Build and develop solid customer clientele and promote repeat business
* In-taking customer vehicles
* Determining customer’s service needs
* Addressing customer concerns
* Ability to up-sell additional products and services
* Manage and supervise technicians
* Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all service work
* Schedule service and assign technicians
* Follow procedures for quick and efficient handling of all warranty claims, related work, and filing of paperwork.
* Attend training sessions as required to achieve and maintain Service Manager status as required by BMW
* Timely completion of all on-line courses as required by BMW
* Maintain a safe, clean work environment
* Willingness to work flexible (seasonal) hours
* Other duties as required by management
Motorcycle and/or Automotive Experience Required!
Both superior communication skills and excellent customer service are required. Must be computer literate and well organized. Arkona Dealer Management System experience a plus.
Motorcycle endorsement and good driving record are mandatory.
