Job Description:
Mountain Motorsports is seeking the industies best service managers to join our fast paced and progressive dealer group. We are looking for those that move fast, are always striving for more, and are relentless on the pursuit of personal and professional success. If youre not on your feet and running 100 miles an hour each day growing your department and team and loving it then you're not for us.   

Responsibilities:
Effeciently schedule and manage a service workload of 12,000 hours a year. 
Develop and implement a monthly training program for your team.
Work hand in hand with the manufacturers to maximize warranty claims and opportunities to increase hours per R.O.
Work with each department to maximize opportunites and increase overall customer satisfaction. 
Abide by our standard for customer and employee excellence. 
Meet or exceed monthly and annual goals put in place by dealer management group.

Qualifications:
Minimum of atleast 12 months experience managing a service depeartment of 500 hours or more or similar. 
Ability to multitask in a fast paced enviornment without becoming overwhelmed. 
Remain effecient and organized in your day to day activities.
Communicate well with employees, other managers, and owners.

Salary and Benefit Information:
This is a base salary plus comission position with the opportunity to earn 70k plus per year in a fun team enviornment with advancement opportunities.
