Job Description:
 Mountain Motorsports is seeking friendly, knowledgeable people who are detail oriented and committed to keeping customers informed of the progress of their vehicle while it is in our service department. Work with warranty companies and manufacturers to get warranty claims approved and repairs completed in a timely fashion. Need the ambition to find opportunities to reccomend and sell customers things they need on their vehicle including accessories.

Responsibilities:
Write repair orders efficiently and correctly by following our proccess
Work with Warranty Co. and/or Manufactures to get vehicles repaired under warranty
Advise customers on recalls that need to be performed on their vehicle
Awnsering phone calls and providing accurate information in a timely manner
Maintain clean and organized work station
Acquire product knowledge of all brands on a cinsistent basis
Perform walk around with customer, take pictures, record mileage & hours
Greet customers immediately in a courteous and friendly manner to build rapport
Handle telephone calls quickly and courteously
Document the repair order and status of work on a daily basis
Reccomend and upsell accessories and services

Demonstrate an interest in growing the Service Department
 
Qualifications:
Basic technical knowledge of powersports vehicles 
Must be detail oriented personally and professionally
Ability to handle phone calls in a professional manner
Basic computer operation including word, excel, and emailing. 
Ability to physically push and or move customers motorcycles

Salary and Benefit Information:
This is a base salary plus comission position with the opportunity to earn 35-45k per year in a fun enviornment. Our company offers Healthe Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, plus Short and Longterm Disibility insurance.
