Immediate need for an energetic and motivated Service Manager to join our team in Sarasota. We are a progressive, growing, Multi-line dealer (Polaris, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, Husqvarna, Vespa/Piaggio) located on Florida’s Gulf Coast where the weather is amazing, the riding is year-round, and the market is growing!
Qualifications:
· Lightspeed NXT/EVO literate.
· Excellent customer service skills/focus.
· Experience with the broad range of Powersports products.
· Flexible ‘team player,’ able to contribute meaningfully to overall operation
· Strong work ethic, results oriented.
· Ability to mentor, develop, and train staff
Motorcycle Dealership Service Manager Experience: 3-5 years
Salary dependent on skills and experience.
