Job Description:
Mountain Motorsports is seeking friendly, knowledgeable people who are competitive and want to succeed in an industry leading dealership group.
Responsibilities:
First and foremost have fun and make gross profit
Engage customers and immerse them in the MMS and powersports lifestyle
Log each customer in our CRM and actively follow up.
Constantly push to better yourself professionally and personally.
Creatively adapt as the business enviornment changes to be at the forefront of sales techniques and marketing.
Commitments:
Maintain superior customer service for all personnel by maintaining positive relationships with customers, employees and dealer principles.
Treat all employees and customers fairly, courteously and with dignity
Be honest in all business dealings
Demonstrate an interest in growing the overall sales department and store
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced enviornment
Must be detail oriented personally and professionally
Ability to handle phone calls in a professional manner
Basic computer operation including word, excel, and email
Ability to physically push and or move customers motorcycles
Basic knowledge and passion for motorsports and customer service
Inner drive to be the most successful salesperson and drive to be more
Salary and Benefit Information:
This is a comission position with the opportunity to earn 70k plus per year in a fun enviornment. Our company offers Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, plus Short and Longterm Disibility insurance.

The company is owned by longtime friends and professional jet ski racers, Ryan Hardwick and Dustin Farthing.
