Job Description:
Mountain Motorsports is seeking the industies best sales and desk managers to join our fast paced and progressive dealer group. We are looking for those that move fast, are always striving for more, and are relentless on the pursuit of personal and professional success. If youre not on your feet and running 100 miles an hour each day and loving it then youre not for us.
Responsibilities:
Effeciently work deals with each salesperson including bank structire and pricing.
Develop and implement a monthly training program for your team
Work hand in hand with the finance department to maximize the total profitability on each deal.
Work with each manufacturer to properly stock units while reducing floorplan expense exposure.
Abide by our standard for customer and employee excellence.
Meet monthly and annual goals put in place by dealer group.

Maintain superior customer service for all personnel by maintaining positive relationships with customers, employees and dealer principles.
Treat all employees and customers fairly, courteously and with dignity
Be honest in all business dealings
Demonstrate an interest in growing the overall store.
Qualifications:
Minimum of atleast 12 months desking and structuring deals including submitting to banks for approval.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced enviornment without becoming overwhelmed.
Remain effecient and organized in your day to day activities
Communicate well with employees, other managers, and owners.
Salary and Benefit Information:
This is a base salary plus comission position with the opportunity to earn 100k plus per year in a fun enviornment. Our company offers Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, plus Short and Longterm Disability insurance.
