Job Description:
Mountain Motorsports is seeking the industies best sales and desk managers to join our fast paced and progressive dealer group. We are looking for those that move fast, are always striving for more, and are relentless on the pursuit of personal and professional success. If youre not on your feet and running 100 miles an hour each day and loving it then you're not for us. LETS BE CLEAR…WE WANT MONEY MOTIVATED PROFIT DRIVEN KILLERS!!!    

Responsibilities:
Effeciently work deals with each salesperson including bank structure and pricing and be on the floor closing deals and making s#!t happen. 
Work hand in hand with the finance department to maximize the total profitability on each deal and maintain the PVR to acceptable standards. 
Abide by our standard for customer and employee excellence. 
Meet or exceed monthly and annual goals put in place by dealer management group.  
Make money, have fun, and positivly influence those around you.

Be genuine and honest in all business dealings while generating the profits needed to meet department budgets.
Demonstrate an interest in growing the overall store alonf with your sales department. 
 
Qualifications:
Minimum of atleast 6 months desking and structuring deals including submitting to banks for approval at a multiline dealership. 
Ability to multitask in a fast paced enviornment without becoming overwhelmed. 
Effecient and organized in your day to day activities. 
Communicate well with employees, other managers, and owners.

Salary and Benefit Information:
This is a base salary plus comission position with the opportunity to earn 100k plus per year in a fun team enviornment. Our company offers employer subsidized Health Insurance, Paid Vacation, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, plus and employer paid Longterm Disability insurance.
