Sales Associate

BMW Motorcycles of Cleveland is Ohio's largest dealer of BMW motorcycles, parts, accessories, and apparel and has a reputation built on being the premier BMW motorcycle dealer in the state.  We are hiring a like-minded individual for a Sales Associate position. We are located in a southeastern suburb of Cleveland, Ohio.
 
BMW Motorcycles of Cleveland is seeking a qualified, self-motivated individual who communicates well, and values customer satisfaction to join and help build our sales department. Our continued growth has created an opportunity for self-motivated individuals who process the above mentioned qualities and seek opportunities for advancement.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Promotes and sells BMW products: new and pre-owned vehicles, accessories, service, and BMW-sponsored events.

  • Offers highest level of customer service

  • Greet and serve every walk-in or phone customer courteously and promptly. Answer questions and assist them in identifying proper motorcycle for their riding needs.

  • Assist customer in selecting, identifying, and obtaining parts, accessories, and apparel that they might need or enjoy in conjunction with their motorcycle purchase.

  • Achieves dealer’s gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction objectives.

  • Builds and maintains long-term, one-to-one relationships with BMW clients.

  • Serves as the first point of contact between the client and the BMW dealer.

  • Anticipates clients’ long-term vehicle and service needs throughout the client’s relationship with the dealer.

  • Promotes BMW standards for superior client, employee, and BMW dealer management.

  • Assist will sales of new and used motorcycles* Assist with maintaining presence of new and used motorcycles

  • Assist with maintaining presence of new and used motorcycles

  • Timely completion of all on-line courses as required by BMW

  • Willingness to work flexible (seasonal) hours

  • Other duties as required by management

    Must have pleasant, outgoing personality, and enjoy working with people and retail sales.

    Motorcycle endorsement  and good driving record required. Drug Free.
