ROUTE 1 MOTORSPORTS is seeking a factory trained technician with Polaris, Can Am or Yamaha off-road products.

ROUTE 1 MOTORSPORTS for an experienced technician with 5+years of factory trained Polaris, Can Am and Yamaha off-road products to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join the leader in powersports repair in Brevard County, Florida and take your career to the next level. We’re looking for someone who is certified with the factory training not just MMI schooling.

 

Responsibilities

·         Available to work 40+ hours a week as a Flat Rate Tech.

·         Ensure company operating procedures are followed

·         Have a team-oriented personality and work well with your staff members and address any situations as they arise to maintain a positive and cooperative work environment.

·         Ability to perform diag and repairs on the listed manufacturers.

Qualifications

·         Certifications with Polaris, Can-Am or Yamaha

·         5+ years’ experience in a manufacturer certified dealership

·         Exceptional problem-solving skills

·         Proficiency with estimating systems and insurance direct repair guidelines

·         Exceptional electrical, engine and diagnostic tools.
