Riding High Harley-Davidson is looking for a customer-focused individual to join our top ranked Service team as an Assistant Service Manager. Applicant should have ample experience in customer facing industries such as automotive, retail or hospitality. Management experience is a plus but not a requirement. If you have a great attitude and a passion for helping people, we will train you for success! Ability to work under deadlines and quickly resolve concerns is a must! Qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:
- Previous Service Writer experience
- A positive attitude
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Genuine enjoyment of working in a customer service-oriented role
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Tech savvy with the ability to educate customers on new products such as GPS navigation, infotainment systems with Bluetooth integration, cellular telematics and cloud connectivity via a mobile app
- Ability to effectively and easily build rapport with others
- Organization and time management skills
- Great communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and motorcycle endorsement
