Overview

Salary Range: $25-$40 Per Hour

A-Level TECHNICIAN

RC Hill Honda Powersports is seeking a qualified, self-motivated, A-Level Technician who can communicate well, and values customer satisfaction to join our award-winning service department. We are one of only three Honda Level Five Powerhouse stores in Florida! Plus we are slammed all year round, so no lay-offs here! We have tons of service work and we service all brands here.

Deland, Florida is a beautiful place to live and is centrally located between Orlando and Daytona Beach, right off of interstate 4.

You can become a Honda Red Level Tech at our store with our paid for American Honda Technical Training.

Skills/Qualifications:

Must be able to accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on units
Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance with factory specs
Provide clear written records of all repairs performed
Own your own set of tools to perform the tasks required at your proficiency level
Equipped to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to safety & quality workmanship
Able to follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and when out on test rides
Able to train, mentor, and transfer skills to fellow technicians
Proficient in meeting deadlines, and completing work productively and profitably
Minimize come-backs and deal with them promptly and satisfactorily when they do occur
Have a strong attention to detail
Job Requirements:

2-5 years of technical experience preferred
Basic Computer skills
Positive and friendly attitude
Good driving record with a motorcycle endorsement

Tuesday – Saturday 9am-6pm shifts
