RAHAL DUCATI CINCINNATI is currently seeking an experienced technician to add to our already established service department!
We are a fast paced, fun, and exciting work environment. The Technician position is responsible for various parts of all service work. We are seeking someone with great organization skills and who is a team player. Ideal candidate would have Ducati certification. If not, RDI will assist in obtaining one
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Performing maintenance in accordance with factory specifications
-Installing accessories
-Evaluating and recommending additional repairs as needed
-Maintaining a clean and orderly work station
-Maintaining communication with service writer throughout repair process
-Communicating with service customers as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Valid local license with motorcycle endorsement
-Minimum of two years experience as a motorcycle technician
-Critical thinker with problem-solving and research skills
Creative mind with a positive attitude
High attention to detail
Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
Organization skills and self-accountability
Flexibility to work evenings and special events as needed
