Salary Range: 60,000 - 100,000
Our growing powersports dealership is looking for a skilled and experienced Motorcycle, ATV and Watercraft Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for powersports and a solid background in mechanical repairs and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs and watercraft, including but not limited to engine rebuilds, transmission repairs, electrical diagnosis and repair, and brake system maintenance.
Have the ability to help train new techs and assist younger techs.
Work with diagnostic equipment to identify and diagnose problems.
Advise customers on necessary repairs and provide cost estimates.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Motorcycle, ATV and Watercraft Mechanic.
Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, and other mechanical systems.
Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical issues to customers.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
