Service Manager

Overview

Pinnacle Motorsports is a multiline metric dealership located in Central Alabama.  We sell and service Motorcycles, UTV’s, ATV’s and Watercraft for Kawasaki, Honda, Polaris, Yamaha, Suzuki and Roxor.  We have an opening for a Service Manager.

You will manager 4-6 Technicians/PDI Assemblers as well as a Service Advisor and Porter.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

·         Managing Staff

·         Responsible for budgets, goals, and objectives

·         Oversee completions of warranty claims

·         Maintain exceptional customer expectations and CSI Scores

·         Maximize productivity of the shop

·         Grow the Service Department labor sales

Qualifications:

·         Prior service experience as a Service Manager, Shop Foreman or lead Service Advisor

·         Good Communication Skills

·         Good Customer Service Skills

·         Ability to lead a team
