PG&A COORDINATOR
KTM North America – a subsidiary of KTM, a global leader in the off-road motorcycle competition segment and developer and producer of street as well as off-road motorcycles – has an exciting opportunity for a PG&A COORDINATOR located in MURRIETA, CA.
SUMMARY
Under moderate supervision, the PG&A Coordinator provides administrative support to the PG&A department to ensure product development and management is handled properly. Includes creating and maintaining Related Products content in retail programs and websites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides general administrative support to various department team members. Handles basic departmental operations and administrative duties while identifying process improvement opportunities. Includes conducting ad hoc reporting, travel arrangements, scheduling, and event planning.
- Ensures departmental operations run smoothly by coordinating various administrative tasks and expediting workflow through diligent follow through. Manages multiple projects and related tasks simultaneously.
- Assists in the marketing of miscellaneous Related Products using social media. Includes collaborating with Marketing team by supplying content and images of promotional products for posting to various websites. Maintains Product Information Management system (PIM) for all PowerParts and PowerWear inventory
- Makes routine updates to KTM Dealernet system, including adding new items, updating existing items, removing discontinued items, etc. Maintains photos, product content, fitment, etc. Obtains content from various sources and ensures the site is kept current.
- Updates online marketing bulletins for dealers and posts to Dealernet. Bulletins may include new parts, product descriptions, dealer updates, obsolete part lists and promotional materials.
- Makes routine updates to NuOrder online ordering system. Includes updating existing items, removing discontinued items, creating product templates for upload, renaming and resizing images for upload, uploading inventory weekly, and uploading media seasonally. Maintains photos, product content, fitment, etc. Obtains content from various sources and ensures website is kept current.
- Assists in market analysis by conducting research on competitive products, programs, pricing, margins, etc. Research may be web based, discussions with dealers or surveys including events.
- Assists in creating various Related Products focused marketing materials, including catalogs as required.
- Verifies Corporate Image and quality on packaging. Ensures all logos, artwork are used appropriately according to specifications.
- Coordinates the design of new packaging under manager direction.
- Requests barcode labels and hangtags for inventory purchase orders.
- Inputs miscellaneous packaging requests for labels, stickers, etc.
- Coordinates the distribution of new product flyers for District Sales Managers and dealers. Follows through to ensure proper and timely distribution via email, mailings, etc.
- Sources promotional/non-inventory products with various vendors.
- Submits and tracks non-inventory purchase order requests.
- Submits orders for miscellaneous product requests.
- Submits employee discount orders to participating product partners.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Generally requires a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in an office environment in an administrative role. Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and dealer software programs. Website content administration experience a plus. Knowledge of motorcycle industry required.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experiences in related field required.

JUDGEMENT/REASONING ABILITY: Ability to recognize discrepancies and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy. Requires ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when issues need to be escalated.
