Duties include:
Providing a quality customer service experience to our valued customers
In-depth knowledge of powersports service, parts and technology, especially Honda!
Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
Manage service team
The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:
Self-motivated
Possess a valid driver’s license & satisfactory driving record
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Previous related retail experience a plus
