SUMMARY
The Parts Manager oversees the day to day management of the parts and accessores department, invemtory, and personel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Actively manage the inventory to reduce OBS and maximize turns
· Create and implement a staff training program that focuses on growth of your people and sales revenue.
· Create and find avenues to grow your business both in and out of the store.
· Merchandise parts display areas includung the units on the floor.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Previous parts and accessories experience in a multiline powersports dealership is necessary including placing daily orders and inventory management.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: We prefer a graduate from the school of hard knocks that has a can do attitude and will do whatever it takes to be successful. Being relentless is more important than a fancy degree to us.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants should excel in communication, both written and oral
Have a high level of personal and financial expectations
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced enviornment
Have a passion for powersports in general
Ability to grow a team and lead by example

Our company began back in 1999 as a single-line Honda dealership in Sevierville, Tennessee, and we have grown into one of the largest powersport dealerships in the nation. The company is owned by longtime friends and professional jet ski racers, Ryan Hardwick and Dustin Farthing.
