Job Description:
Mountain Motorsports is seeking the industies best Parts and Accessories manager to  join our fast paced and progressive dealer group as a multi store director overseeing the inventory and day to day operations of up to 6 locations and over 10 million in gross sales. We are looking for those that move fast, are always striving for more, and are relentless on the pursuit of personal and professional success through team growth. If youre not on your feet and running 100 miles an hour each day and loving it then youre not for us.   

Responsibilities:
Effeciently manage the inventory including turns, aging, returns, group buys, and order programs.  
Develop and implement a monthly training program for your front line sales team. 
Work with the service and sales departments to maximize the total parts and accessories sales opportunity with each customer.
Work with each manufacturer and vendor to properly stock hard parts and accessories while reducing overall inventory exposure and increasing turns.
Abide by our standard for customer and employee excellence. 
Meet monthly and annual goals put in place by dealer group.

Qualifications:
Minimum of atleast 18 months of multiple metric OEM parts management with sales history of over 3 million per year and proven history of reducing OBS inventory, and reducing department expenses.  
Proven processes for training and reducing OBS inventory to maximize turns.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced enviornment without becoming overwhelmed thru clear and proper delegation. 
Remain effecient and organized in your day to day activities while reporting to Ownership group. 

Salary and Benefit Information:
This is a base salary plus comission position with the opportunity to earn 100k plus per year in a fun enviornment. Our company offers Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, plus Short and Longterm Disability insurance.
