Go AZ Motorcycles is looking for a friendly and outgoing Parts Advisor to join our team! 

Exceptional customer service & communication skills are required, as well as a strong working knowledge of the major powersports brands we offer including Honda, KTM, Kawasaki, BMW, Triumph, and Ducati. Strongly prefer previous experience in a powersports dealership.
 
Major Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Be an expert on the products we offer, continually striving to increase product knowledge and sales skills
  • Advise customers on selecting Apparel & Accessories to best suit their needs while actively employing our sales process
  • Utilize electronic parts catalog to look up and identify correct repair parts to meet customer needs
  • Consistently track and post lost sales in computer system and advise parts manager of potential products and / or areas of opportunity for increase sales based on customer feedback
  • Follow up with prospects via phone & email on potential sales opportunities
  • Review special orders daily; follow up on aging orders to ensure timely delivery and contacting customers promptly upon receiving their orders to get items picked up
  • Be a guardian of all company assets, correct or report any issues or potential issues
  • Help maintain accurate parts inventory by assisting with perpetual inventory counts and ensuring stock is kept organized
  • Help ensure showrooms and work areas remain clean, organized and well merchandised
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Any other duties deemed necessary for the success of the department and store
